Very malignant administration. Culture of blame, complain, administration encourage employees to write each other up. Directors are untrained and incompetent. Physicians unprofessional and they talk negatively about their coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise the salary. I work long hours which goes unrecognized
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop the reverse discrimination. Get some help and actually learn some leadership skills. Listen to feedback from employees. Stop practicing favoritism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is excessive middle management, the organization is excessively too heavy. Stop pointing fingers and try to improve the system instead of scapegoating for everything.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Train your managers before you promote them as they cause a lot of damage when you let them learnt by trial and error. Hire leadership from outside.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My interview was very disorganized. Everyone came late for my lunch. People looked very stressed out. It was very obvious the interview was not considered important. People were not given proper protected time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers gossip constantly. My managers does whatever her favorites tells her to do. Manager never ever hears both sides of the story. My coworkers come in late and leave early and let me do all the work. When I raise the issue I get blamed that I am negative.
