I love the collaboration and how all of our personalities work very well together as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's great having the option to get a PPO especially when I don't need a referral to see a specialist.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a great team. The fact that when I have questions I don't feel like a burden. They are always happy to help teach.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was more of a conversation, Liz and Steph made the process smooth and less anxiety driven than a typical interview setting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I LOVE how you can tell how much they care about their employees. They are always looking for ways to raise morale and bring excitement to the workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love their willingness to help not just with concerns but to help you excel to your best ability within your role. They uplift and encourage and it's such a breath of fresh air.
