Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

WMP has been an eye-opener wrt the consulting industry. It truly hasn't hanged at all in 30 years, which is woefully unfortunate. While companies continue to pay top dollar for consulting, most of the consultants are kids, with little experience in what they are consulting in.

Unpleasant, but then again that's why the SF office is losing people faster than they can hire them.
