What did you like most about the interview process?Performance tasks to test relevant knowledge and skills. A few steps, but each one allowed me to ask questions of different people.
What makes you most happy at work?My colleagues. The mission. The focus on making education work for all kids.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Good support for work/life balance. Constructive feedback, collegiality vs competition. Support for social interaction and getting to know the who the people you work with are. Not all work and no play.
