- What makes you most happy at work?My colleagues. The mission. The focus on making education work for all kids.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Good support for work/life balance. Constructive feedback, collegiality vs competition. Support for social interaction and getting to know the who the people you work with are. Not all work and no play.
