What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?allowing staff to interact in an unprofessional manner. Poor leadership, unfair practices, and the exercise of favoritism. No truly listening. Focus is pushing just to look good rather than solve the issue. Try to become a member of the pack; it will be good, but it might not be good for the bank.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Middle management only focuses on looking good to the top management. The culture to prioritize those pieces, leaving the urgent or outstanding things unattended, that impacts customer satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits are mediocre. Minimal raises, especially for promotions, but will pay top dollar for new talent.
