respect to the person and the experience they bring to new positions

Less intimidating, more or less better organized than other companies

It was very quick. HR round then team member round and then final round with manager. In a week they completed interview process

It was quick. Unfortunately, the background checks were extensive and took much longer leaving you on tenterhooks the whole time. Also the onboarding was unprofessional with various mistakes made by the organisation.

Hiring process favors those within a particular group. Openings are predetermined. Not one hiring manager ive ever had an interview was a minority. No representaion
