Mr. Mark Marano has been the Chief Operating Officer at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC since March 15, 2017. Mr. Marano served as the President of Americas Region at Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC since may 2013 until March 15, 2017 and its President of Europe, Middle East and Africa Regions since April 1,2016 until March 15, 2017. Mr. Marano is responsible for customer relationships, business plan developments and project and product delivery in the Americas region. He served as Senior Vice President for AREVA NP in Charlotte, N.C. He has also held executive positions within American Electric Power Co. Inc. and several other utilities. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Nuclear Sales & Marketing of Burns and Roe Group, Inc. since January 2009. Mr. Marano served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Commercial/risk Management and Business Development for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, where he was responsible for commercial contracting strategy, negotiation, risk management and customer relationship management.
