getting my pay stub ok

Executive leadership seems to be focused in the right areas - at least the communications we receive suggest so. However, we have some incredibly poorly placed mid-level management that can dramatically impact this experience.
Morale and quality. This ship is sinking fast.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO time is good and good place to work
The pay is decent. Decent benefits package.
It is fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise and to know a iut tbe company
Engineers are not appreciated at this company.
Real health insurance. Not out of pocket $10,000 co-pay

Most are dependable people to work with

Really supportive and lovely people
Fantastic engineering team. Truly, top notch. Generally, there are great people here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They provide lots of chances to work
We get projects completed on time and are financially succesful
Autonomy combined eith collaboration when needed
People are genuine and dont take themselves too seriously
Teamwork.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Screen mid-level management better before plopping someone in a role. Make ethics compliance a chief priority. Build trust. If you find an incredibly dishonest person in the middle, perhaps move them to a position where their actions will not so negatively impact an entire group.
Appreciate employees. Stop looking at employees as expendable resources.
Supervisors are generally good. Upper management is the worst I've seen here in my 30+ years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I really see a lack of leadership in a specific BU.
Brookfield has zero interest in the longevity of our business. They're only in it for the short haul. They made back their initial investment and are ready to sell for twice what they paid. We make so much scrap without concern..
