Screen mid-level management better before plopping someone in a role. Make ethics compliance a chief priority. Build trust. If you find an incredibly dishonest person in the middle, perhaps move them to a position where their actions will not so negatively impact an entire group.
Appreciate employees. Stop looking at employees as expendable resources.
Supervisors are generally good. Upper management is the worst I've seen here in my 30+ years.
