There is a lack of leadership.
Mostly employees that have been at Westinghouse for a long time and emerged from the ranks. Opposite to what we had in the prior regime.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Executive leadership seems to be focused in the right areas - at least the communications we receive suggest so. However, we have some incredibly poorly placed mid-level management that can dramatically impact this experience.
Morale and quality. This ship is sinking fast.
