CSA training is highly inadeqate. Pay is incredibly low for what is expected of you. Morale is low. You ate just a number. It is no longer the old WestJet that had a fabulous reputation where everyone was excited to go to work. Flght benefits are not enough when you can't put groceries on the table!

Understaffed, undertrained, underpaid employees. Outsourcing.

A lot of great people. They deserve more compensation and respect.

Great benefits but does not make up for the ridiculously low wages.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect how hard your employees work and compensate accordingly. Train employees properly!
