What do you like best about the leadership team?
Financial planning for the future.
You can tell they are making an effort, even if they don't always get it right
they are very open minded

Respect how hard your employees work and compensate accordingly. Train employees properly!
Worst company ever don't waste your time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employees get shares at a percentage
Could be better for sure.
Flight benefits for personal travel
Great benefits but does not make up for the ridiculously low wages.

The people I work with are great because they are. Not because of platitudes from senior management
