Customer service . Waiting on the phone for hours & days to get through after my flight was canceled is unacceptable

Loved every minute of it

What can this brand most improve?

Work with people to come up with solutions to problems. Recently, I encountered an a delay to my flight and missed my connection. Since it was the airports fault, we were offer no meals or accommodation. If we were working together the airline would hold the airport accountable and provide a hotel.
