My GM does great with the limits imposed by corporate "leaders".

Trying to provide the expected customer service to the members of our community despite being shorthanded.

Despite being undervalued our team continues to employ directives to their best ability and work as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a 25 year employee who works part time as a Stihl Tech I feel I should be compensated at a Certified Stihl Tech going rate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Personal relationships with fellow employees. Encouraging young employees to further ther education with college or trade school. Seeing former workmates achieve success after trade school or college.
