What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take an active part in visiting the stores and checking in with progress. I know why they make their suggestions and often agree.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure is poor, the pool for money should be much higher considering the work that must go in to running a store. Literally the week after Mr. Jeffries took over we were told about a new salary cap for all management positions.
I feel like i should be paid more. I've been working there for a year and i still make $7.50, but they've hired new cashiers since at $8
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone brings something different to the table, we all have a network of skills that benefit each other and our customers.
We're a family. They're the only reason i haven't quit.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very focused on being nice and helpful, it is the most important part of our training and effects all of our day to day actions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything is tense and the managers are all over the place. They don't have enough help but won't hire anyone else.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my associates achieve their goals. I enjoy promoting good people and training them to be better overall people
I'm happy when I help someone solve a problem or teach them a skill that will help them in their future projects.
