Only care about expanding and adding new stores. Claim its a good thing for the company but am yet to see any benefit. Only increased workload helping with new stores and they have no real gameplan with how to staff and train an entire new store. Training and onboarding is a joke in general

Helping my associates achieve their goals. I enjoy promoting good people and training them to be better overall people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure is poor, the pool for money should be much higher considering the work that must go in to running a store. Literally the week after Mr. Jeffries took over we were told about a new salary cap for all management positions.
