Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When o started i would get one more dollar a hour for graveyard shift.

Payroll is different for every person.
Feel undervalued because each day i come in to work with a positive vibe try my best to give a good customer service and by any smallest details manager always scream at us before pursing the issue with a good manner

What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager is a leader and fair. She does all she can for us and is in the thick of things to try to make the shift go well. She was honest about her needs and expectations and the time line.
