Everything. Being consistant, be managers!!
Stop showing favorites. Stop letting one worker get away with things another one can.

When o started i would get one more dollar a hour for graveyard shift.

Feel undervalued because each day i come in to work with a positive vibe try my best to give a good customer service and by any smallest details manager always scream at us before pursing the issue with a good manner
