What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are ipen minded and innovative.
The leadership team is open to feedback and very innovative.
The way they inspire all of us to strive for excellence
Most of our leaders are respectful and have a high degree of emotional intelligence.
They are all approachable and connect well with employees at all levels.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people like humans, not Dogs on leashes. Stop the ridicule and belittling of every single person under you.
Progressing and innovating, rather than being stuck in the same old-fashioned ideas. Diversifying would help.
Diversifying and embracing innovation and new ideas, over the same old fashioned and outdated approaches.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are amazing, and help me protect me and my family.
Every employee gets equity in the company
Generous 401(k), wellness and insurance perks.
All employees participate in the performance bonus pool and are eligible to receive company stock.
The equity awards. Even though the vesting schedule is quite long, it creates a sense of ownership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wasn't a formal employee but had to take on all the duties of a formal employee. Wasn't valued because i was a temp.
Compensation was decent. That's the ONLY reason people stay. They trap you with the money but trust me it is not worth it. You will have your bills paid but you will hate your life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse group of individuals with different opionions and backgrounds but we have common goals. We love to have fun and be efficient.
Highly credentialed and knowledgeable colleagues. Very intellectual. Some are genuine and caring. Generous budget for going out to meals and drinks with colleagues, to encourage bonding.
Highly intelligent people with excellent credentials, who are at the top of their fields, knowledge wise. Very polished when working with clients, great client service.
Very collaborative. Work hard, play hard
They are very supportive of each other and are very open in their communications.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Every employee is scared to death at all times. No one says anything to anyone and management is always listening. A true nightmare.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of laughter, relaxed environment, and beautiful work spaces.
It's a team approach. People work together.
Respect for each other and inclusiveness of all employees.
The environment is very positive. We all try to find ways to help each other, and value the contribution that each of us make. Everyone from our awesome receptionist to our CEO help make Whittier Trust the best place to work.
We have lots of fun together and have learned to accept each other for who we are.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the Horrible Middle Managers. Just a clean sweep.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruitment team is warm and friendly.
Interviews were positive wnd gave great impression. They overpromised and underdelivered.
Interviews were great. They sell you a big story. Reality is they overpromise wnd under deliver like theg do to clients.
The leaders that I interviewed with were genuine.
I met several senior people including the CEO. They were all very professional and had great insight into the culture and every day life at the firm.

Having strong relationships with my colleagues and the new ice machine.

I love to find new challenges on my desk. The fact that we are able to provide an unique service that brings us closer to our clients.
I'm giving challenging tasks each day and I can count on my supervisor and colleagues to help me achieve positive results. We also know how to laugh and have fun while at work.
Achieving results, hearing that my team is excited about new projects or achievements.

Train Management on there people skills.
