The equity awards. Even though the vesting schedule is quite long, it creates a sense of ownership.
Wasn't a formal employee but had to take on all the duties of a formal employee. Wasn't valued because i was a temp.
Compensation was decent. That's the ONLY reason people stay. They trap you with the money but trust me it is not worth it. You will have your bills paid but you will hate your life.
