Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Wasn't a formal employee but had to take on all the duties of a formal employee. Wasn't valued because i was a temp.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get rid of the Horrible Middle Managers. Just a clean sweep.
