The unlimited vacation days are wonderful, and you're encouraged to take time off (within reason of course).

The leadership team is open to suggestions and feedback. They are invested in growing not only the business, but the company culture.

My team is collaborative and creative. Everyone is always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to meeting our team goals.

We have some great leadership in our company who really cares about the culture and wants to better it. It really does seem like leadership cares about our feedback when it comes to culture.
