Everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

Seeing my contributions to the overall company goals
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair salary before bonus option, health insurance starting at 30 days not 90 days, pet insurance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest, I haven't had much interaction with them yet! So far so good, but nothing to report in either direction as I'm a new employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I haven't met most of them yet! Everyone seems very hard working and goal oriented, but also friendly. Very little small talk but not in a rude way, just in a "we've got a lot to do" way. Which i LOVE.
