What do you like best about the leadership team?
They demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn and empathize with people, which I think is the most important quality for a company at a time when there are so many painful conversations events taking place at large.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is each others' cheerleaders. I always see my teammates jump in to help each other when anyone needs it. I don't think anyone on my team has ever felt like they were drowning in work or confused about something alone.
