Respect for co-workers is held at the utmost.

Being able to be creative and innovative in a work project. Spearheading a task and surpassing goals.

We are all very talented in our respective jobs, and we work very well together, even in challenging circumstances.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have only gotten two reviews in my nearly 4 years at the company, and have only garnered a 3% raise total for that time. My first and third year at the company, I did not receive any compensation increase, despite record-setting productivity and great reviews.
