What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There were several caring co workers

Everybody wants to help finish the job

Work a lot from home

Family oriented company that has a culture of caring and compassion mixed with a drive to win.

There is still a personal feel to the company. When there is real sickness, harm or injuries to employees or to their families the upper management truly cares and shows it.

Nice friendly faces and professional.attitudes

collaborative, open communication. Easy to be around

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Newer trucks and fix things that brake on them rather than delete it
