What did you like most about the interview process?In the interview process, I met not only the manager but also the director, which was nice to get a sense of who the team was. Currently, I believe its not uncommon to interview with other additional team members as well in addition to the manager and director.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We have a positive culture with nice people who work here. We often have group events and weekly we have company happy hours for social meet ups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership are all great people who are nice to work with. They sometimes lack communication and sometimes with upper level management (directors etc) I feel as though they lose touch with the day to day of what their team deals with/does.
