What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our benefits package is great

I'm so happy about the recent bump in the 401k matching.

The vision and dental package and the company match for my HSA is better than what I have experienced at previous companies. The thing that really sets Wilson apart is the MyTime PTO. Being able to easily pick when I need time off is much more convenient and less stressful.

Base salary is good, I do not have to rely on bonuses.

unlimited time off through MyTime, decent benefits, pay is competitive in relation to competitors

MyTime, does away with allotted PTO, we now have "unlimited" PTO (well needs approval and based on performance)

We have a lot of additional Wellness Benefits.

WilsonHCG offers exceptional benefits, including health, dental, vision, life and so on. Though premiums can be expensive, the investment is 100% worth it. They also have low premium, high deductible options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm currently paid $50K below market and that's WITH earning consistent bonuses. It's insulting and ridiculous. Other RPOs pay much more. The salary offered is only competitive if you're fresh out of school and live in the middle of nowhere. Kudos points won't pay my rent.
