Positive Reviews From Wintrust Financial Corporation Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home has really helped create distance from bad leaders.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them really want to do their best work and they try very hard, but they’re frustrated and often feel like recognition is always absorbed by upper management taking credit for their work rather than recognizing their team
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
LTIP and health benefits are handled fairly, but there needs to be more consistency across lines of business.

Constructive Feedback From Wintrust Financial Corporation Employees

  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive operations management needs to stop thinking they are getting the truth from their directs and reflect honestly on what they see rather than what they prefer to believe.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to deal with the methods used to drive results (fear, intimidation, toxicity) on corporate banking operations rather than gloss over those methods in favor of the results they are told have been achieved, esp when those results are manipulated and not sustainable.
