Accomplishing something really satisfying and (sometimes) getting recognition for it

They're increasingly interested in getting a first-hand view of customer needs

Figuring out a complicated problem, and talking with the delightful people who make up my team

They know the employees on a human level - we aren't just our performance metrics to them

A lot of us are really close and have developed true friendships, and we pump each other up and support one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Bringing your whole self to work" is not just an HR slogan here. I'm more open about all my identities here than just about anywhere else

We aren't afraid to be weird or whimsical or incorporate jokes/easter eggs into our content, and we're at our best when we hire for people who have that same mindset
