It's without a doubt the best place I've ever worked, and the only place I've truly felt the entire leadership and management team cares more about us as people than producers/employees.

They're very present/visible, transparent, supportive, and easy to relate to.

fully paid for insurance benefits, saves me almost $1000 in out of pocket premiums every month.

My team is super friendly, good at what they do, and not afraid to give critical feedback.

Transparency and approachability, openness to try new things, and that they give us freedom to experiment and take risks without fear of persecution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How open-minded everyone is. The people here are creative, silly, and interesting. Everyone is different and unique which in turn makes us a bit the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Down to earth, fun, creative, goofy, not afraid to be themselves. Just a truly open, inclusive and accepting environment where everyone can really be themselves without fear of judgement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is genuinely friendly and everyone I've met has been a wonderful person. I've yet to meet anyone that I've felt uncomfortable around. Just a fun group of people all around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of support and flexibility, and flexible PTO. As a working parent I need to be able to WFH and have flexible hours. No one bats an eye if we need to take time off during the day - it's great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sincerity, support, transparency, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to evolving market places. I mean... they re-instituted an equity policy after years of not issuing equity, how cool is that!? They also all seem like genuinely good people and I really appreciate their candor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it - highest salary, bonus, and equity, + the best insurance I've ever received. Fully covered family health, dental, and vision insurance plans - who does that anymore? Also, our annual deductible increased by $1000 in 2022 but Wistia decided to cover it so that we didn't see an increase.
