What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance! One of the best plans I've ever had and I pay $0 for it. The 3% 401k contribution regardless of what I contribute is also great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real, relatable, and kind. They understand what it means to lead by example and they do an incredible job of making sure employees feel heard, supported, and appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/life balance has been the most surprising and the most positive. PTO is strongly encouraged, respected, and dare I even say expected. I have never felt pressure to appear busy or online or rush to my computer at 8pm to answer a question that could wait until the next morning. We're trusted!
