My experience as a content management specialist was horrible. They sent me wrong equipment and no monitors. I was using a 10inch laptop monitor to view disclosures which would be very difficult to see. I was there for two weeks of training and the training was horrible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers and remote working. Coworkers communicate and help each other .
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Well having four people talk during interview is bad and unprofessional.

Communication between coworkers and shadow training is the best training to absorb info
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued during training with amanda because she was rushing and when I asked her questions she was annoyed and irritated by my questions.
