The bonus aspect. The fact that my compensation is driven by my contribution and I have the capability to make more than 100% of my bonus is what drives me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They promise loads of shares in the company that are pretty worthless. They're in it for themselves and don't really care about you. Benefits are sub par.

Not being paid the market value. Lack of interest from management towards my career growth vertically. The yearly review process has changed 3 times with no solid strategy towards how much people should be rewarded for all the hard work it requires.
