What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely sharp, fair, and laser focused on the mission of the company.
Very collaborative - They love to hear our feedback, very transparent. Also - they acknowledge work well done!
Good folks who care about their people and also smart & nimble in running the business.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership itself. The executives also have a tendency to keep things as a numbers game. Least amount of human interaction to almost non existent. A complete denial towards years of abnormal turnover (churn), and no immediate plan to help stop the brain drain from the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is very fair and market-based.
Benefits are really great - More benefits than I expected from a start-up!
No cap on my bonus compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They promise loads of shares in the company that are pretty worthless. They're in it for themselves and don't really care about you. Benefits are sub par.

Compensation is okay however as account grows so should compensation.

Not being paid the market value. Lack of interest from management towards my career growth vertically. The yearly review process has changed 3 times with no solid strategy towards how much people should be rewarded for all the hard work it requires.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The synergy is off the charts - We really love our manager as well. He allows us enough autonomy to do our work effectively. Love the trust!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone from the top down has a positive outlook and takes concrete steps to get to their goals and the companies goals.
Very collaborative - I feel appreciated. I come in and do my job and am recognized for it.
Employees care about each other and treat each other with kindness and respect. They will also go out of their way to help you out when needed.
