The leadership is open to feedback! They understand that sometimes due to the nature of our move fast culture we make mistakes. They take full ownership and honestly try to improve which is the most important aspect of good leadership.

Our Executive team is extremely diverse, and each bring a high level of expertise to our company from different backgrounds. My favorite part about working closely with them is getting to learn from them. While doing my job I get to learn invaluable skills from top leaders in the industry.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership itself. The executives also have a tendency to keep things as a numbers game. Least amount of human interaction to almost non existent. A complete denial towards years of abnormal turnover (churn), and no immediate plan to help stop the brain drain from the company.
