We all act like owners and always keep our customers in mind when making decisions. We live our values in every interaction

The bonus aspect. The fact that my compensation is driven by my contribution and I have the capability to make more than 100% of my bonus is what drives me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is open to feedback! They understand that sometimes due to the nature of our move fast culture we make mistakes. They take full ownership and honestly try to improve which is the most important aspect of good leadership.
