What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are significantly better than my previous employer. Stock options were generous, but fair.

Compensation is okay however as account grows so should compensation.

Our team environment rewards top producers (not only in sales, but other teams as well for those with considerable work product). Everyone is capable, and successful, but not arrogant or self-important.
