What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership itself. The executives also have a tendency to keep things as a numbers game. Least amount of human interaction to almost non existent. A complete denial towards years of abnormal turnover (churn), and no immediate plan to help stop the brain drain from the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They promise loads of shares in the company that are pretty worthless. They're in it for themselves and don't really care about you. Benefits are sub par.

Not being paid the market value. Lack of interest from management towards my career growth vertically. The yearly review process has changed 3 times with no solid strategy towards how much people should be rewarded for all the hard work it requires.

The culture in our department is great. (sales) We have a good time while working hard.

Change leadership, Improve transparency, either work on retaining the talent or start fresh, improve the review process, compensate people for their hard work.
