The Marketing team, with 100% positive reviews, reports the best experience at Womply compared to all other departments at the company. The Sales team offered the most constructive feedback, with 12% of that department's reviews constructive in nature.
Leadership itself. The executives also have a tendency to keep things as a numbers game. Least amount of human interaction to almost non existent. A complete denial towards years of abnormal turnover (churn), and no immediate plan to help stop the brain drain from the company.
They promise loads of shares in the company that are pretty worthless. They're in it for themselves and don't really care about you. Benefits are sub par.

Not being paid the market value. Lack of interest from management towards my career growth vertically. The yearly review process has changed 3 times with no solid strategy towards how much people should be rewarded for all the hard work it requires.
