The experience is highly dichotomous. The culture and direction are cause for serious concern whilst colleagues in my part of business are outstanding.

Well integrated group that looks for and finds solutions but doesn't dwell on problems or how they arose.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to refocus on value rather than cost; provide more latitude for business leaders that know what they are about; and, trim the deadwood, principally in leadership replacing them with a more diverse group.
