Good equipment discipline SMEs. Awesome experince in Oil and Gas business
Well integrated group that looks for and finds solutions but doesn't dwell on problems or how they arose.

Reduced Aberdeen mafia who can lead this organization
Company needs to refocus on value rather than cost; provide more latitude for business leaders that know what they are about; and, trim the deadwood, principally in leadership replacing them with a more diverse group.
