Forced overtime makes work/life balance poor
Took more than 6 months to get hired
HR staff are mindless 'drones'. A lot of politics at the director & VP levels. Lack of trust and leadership. Lip service but actions speak louder than words.
They hire a lot of contractors. The offshore ones are berated and the onshore IT contractors are treated like second-class citizens and not allowed to be recognized for doing a good job.
Company makes too much money for the owners to really care. If the company started to profit less then they may want to change things. But they do not. It's business as usual because they are enormously profitable.
Beware of A LOT of forced overtime, pressure to deliver to unrealistic deadlines, poor management decisions, lack of leadership, and mom & pop shop. Nice people but no real industry knowledge or experts work here. This company makes a lot of money. They could afford A+ level players if they cared.
