What did you like most about the interview process?Friendly and responsive interview process. Quick response and quick time to hire. Each interviewer seemed to answer questions as authentically as theu could.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People on the ground floor care about supporting a higher vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?Collaborative and 'get it done' attitude. Workers at the bottom work hard to influence top leadership to make better changes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Poor responsivity for customers. General lack of respect for customers and employees from leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Undermarket rates for salary, unclear and inequitable bonus structure. If diverse perspectives were welcome and every department and worker felt their work was valued, it would make lower compensation a nonissue.
