What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear communications, no egos, everyone is approachable
They're thoughtful, dependable, visionary, and above all, human!
They communicate often what is happening with the company and what their current thoughts are for moving the company forward.
The live the company goals and are totally invested in them, there's no window dressing. Leadership is quite sincere.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus, Dental, Health Insurance, Learning Platform
Base pay and bonus are competitive and adapt fairly with market and performance changes
I am enrolled in a Masters program, so having a $5,250 per year tuition benefit is very nice.
Rewards from recognition moments, it's so motivating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boss is managing me out of my team.. badly. I have not received an award from my boss this year. I have not received an award since April. My boss is very passive aggressive towards me and they are getting what they want by making me leave!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Only 2 members of my team make me sad to be leaving as they really lie the values of workhuman!
We have so much fun working together, we can easily stay in a huddle for hours while working, just chatting and getting stuff done.
They're kind, collaborative, respectful, supportive, and incredibly talented
My immediate team has a good mix of skills to work with. I feel that I bring unique skills to the table while also being able to learn from my coworkers.
Everyone is enthusiastic about working towards our team goals and everyone supports each other's actions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They lead by example, the culture is all about the HUMAN experience
Company values are respected and upheld; the culture fosters this intentionally. For a technology company, I'm so impressed with the company's stickiness - people don't leave!
The willingness to help find an answer to a question I have. This is important as I joined recently.
There's no negativity. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to be kinder to their employees and actually live the workhuman values

The interactions, the impact we're making
Solving challenging problems, collaborating, learning new things
Working on technical projects to improve the product I am focused on supporting and improving.
When you have that sense of achievement, that you've completed something that has made someone else happy and has contributed to making a difference to someone else's experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well I'm leaving because of my manager so I think manager improvement would be a help for future employees
