I joined recently and was excited about the opportunities at the company. I was also highly influenced in joining since the team I joined is quite large and has many resources to learn from. The projects I will work on fit my skill set and where I see myself going in my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on technical projects to improve the product I am focused on supporting and improving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am enrolled in a Masters program, so having a $5,250 per year tuition benefit is very nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to help find an answer to a question I have. This is important as I joined recently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate often what is happening with the company and what their current thoughts are for moving the company forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team has a good mix of skills to work with. I feel that I bring unique skills to the table while also being able to learn from my coworkers.
