Since day 1 everyone has been so helpful and friendly. It was actually such a culture shock to come in to a company like this where everyone is this way. Everyone is so positive, it is a really welcoming place to work

All of them are so friendly and willing to help. They go out of their way to assist or teach

Everyone is nice as you would expect but they are also actively engaged in trying to help and assist everyone and make their time here as good as possible

They genuinely care. My direct manager is very invested in me and interested in my work/life balance. When decisions are made, they are happy to take feedback to consider their decisions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance package is very good especially as it covers my family. An additional perk is the recognition platform as well. It is something I think we should emphasize more in interviews/job postings
