The leadership team was not fair at all with the stock options they provided. looks like they are self serving and dont care about the root employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its all played in an awful way, they give you a promotion of x% and then people without promotion get the same raise as inflation %. Its all a trick. If they wanted to be fair the promotion salary should be corrected as well.
