Being able to truly help my customers and interact with awesome coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Welcoming to everyone regardless of gender, race, age, etc. Everyone believes in the product and it is very positive. It is not forced, it is extremely organic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very down to earth and always willing to jump in and help. As a recent hire I had a lot of questions. People were always willing to jump on a call to answer my questions regardless of what they had on their plates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels like they actually care about me as a human. They ask questions and act on feedback. Lots of great culture changes in the last year. As a new parent, having true flexibility is hard to find and this leadership team really proves they mean what they say.
