The experience team work very hard to make sure everyone's needs are met.

I would like more insight to what level of compensation I would have if I was promoted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are all connected, we do struggle sometimes to get aligned but we do get there in the end.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having flexibility to work in the office or at home. the onsite benefits are always improving which is great to see. It is great to connect with my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are getting to know each other on a personal level. Majority of my team is new so it was easy to connect as we are all at the same stage with the company.
