The shared responsibility and feeling that we re one cohesive unit

Their transparency, but also how much they truly care about their employee’s, particularly in regards to learn

Willingness to help others, genuinely caring about the people you work with, dedication to meeting goals/expectations & doing good, consistent work

Being able to sell a truly fantastic product (that we get to utilize daily), with tremendous support and great people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, the whole package. The base salary is well above market for that of a BDR, and OTE is just as incredible. The guaranteed ramp bonus for your first quarter is also a very generous perk.
