This company expects hard work and attention to detail. Sloppy or lazy attitudes are frowned upon badly. It's a fast paced environment, but we also have the support around us to help everyone succeed.

Honest hard workers, no passengers or people hiding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice friendly people, who are willing to help out, whenever you need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadershp team seem open, honest and also very friendly and approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing tasks to a high standard, and allowing other to do their best work.

Working closely with my colleagues and being able to create friendships outside of work.

They seem open and staff are not always the last to know about everything, which is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, open, and most people are really willing to help you out if you are stuck or need support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong work ethic, not afraid to help out and get stuck into all types of tasks that we receive. Positive attitude mostly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the big tech companies, WH doesnt seem to provide decent benefits. I was incredibly disappointed at Christmas time, when the end of the year was not even marked at all. Most companies, due to Covid, sent out presents and hampers to staff. This seemed totally ignored by Workhuman.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The in-office experience has really been upgraded in the last few months, to align with the return to office. We are well looked after in terms of the cafe, snacks and even hot food now. Couldn't really ask for more in that respect. There is a new gym coming soon, which is an amazing perk
